A coral dress for a wedding guest - late summer wedding style!
I felt compelled to create another wedding guest dress collage to offset all the wedding dresses I've been sharing lately. Coral Outfit for a Wedding Guest
I usually pair orange-coral with colors like navy, turquoise, gold, cream, pink, and even lavender. But tonight, I realized looking at that gray statement necklace the stylists at Rent the Runway put with this dress, that I really like the pairing of coral and gray. It creates a nice balance that makes a hot color like coral even out a little, and is wonderful way to extend the season of a hot summer dresses into late summer and early fall. I think this little formula of adding a muted deep tone with a bright pastel might be something I try out more often. For now, at least you have a style idea that will take to you August and September weddings!
