Silver Beaded Gown for a Wedding

This silvery beaded number was styled with the mother-of-the-bride or mother-of-the-groom in mind, but it would also be a wonderful dress for a bridesmaid. It is one of those seasonless, timeless gowns. By that, I mean that silver can work as lovely light gray color for spring and summer weddings--or a festive glittery look for winter or fall weddings. This color and subtle level of sparkle, when worn by a mother of the bride, can appropriate choice for day or night -- since a mother as an honored member of the wedding party, is entitled to have a bit of glamour or beading, even during daylight hours!

Certainly silver and crystal accessories are one way to go with details for this dress, but I actually like that these pieces are silver and gray set off with a gold tone. A mix of metallics can add warmth and interest!
