Welcome to November, everyone! As you know, I like to start the month with a wedding guest attire idea, and when I saw this bronze dress, I knew it was the one. It can be challenging to find a dress in a brown or bronze tone that looks rich and dressy enough for a wedding, but, my goodness, this one certainly is! Compared with the blazingly bright colors of fall foliage, I always equate this month with a mellowing of the fall season into the first touches of winter. The fall colors become more muted but still warm and glowing, so shades of bronze, brown, gold, and deep jewel tones seem to complement this time of year.

With that in mind, this party dress is the perfect embodiment of that rich fall feeling; the jacquard fabric makes it dressy, and the cute skater style makes it modern, youthful, and the classic cut makes it wedding-ready. To keep the look light, I chose some muted pastels, metallic and jewel tones. I love how it looks with these shades of purple, yellow, dusty rose, and copper.
